Orders and shipping charges from Aimee Gowns do not include taxes/duties owed to Canada. This is a separate charge and will be billed to the customer from the shipper.
 

FREE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • Applicable to DHL ground shipping in the continental United States only.

  • A $7.99 flat fee for shipping and handling shall be deducted from qualified refunds.

  • No shipping deductions on exchanges.

  • No shipping deductions on customers who have requested a refund on a garment(s) provided their remaining initial purchase is at least $80 or more.

  • Offer is available for a limited time only.

Special Note

We are currently experiencing
a problem with DHL shipping.

If you qualify for free shipping and are not offered it, please complete your order and email customer service at Nursinggowns.com for a shipping refund.
 

  • Returns and Exchanges accepted only on women's clothing (gowns, robes and Pajamas) within the 21 day policy.
  • No returns or exchanges on baby gowns, blankets or accessories. These items are final sale.
    If you include these items in your package to exchange or return, we cannot guarantee they will be returned to you.
  • Shipments typically arrive within 5-6 working days via Ground.
  • Exchanges on women's garments due to size, color, or faulty workmanship is open for 14 days from the date of your order.  Shipping charges shall be paid by the customer in the return of the garment, Aimee Gowns will pay for the shipping back to the customer.
  • Original invoice from the box must accompany merchandise in order to issue a return or exchange.
  • We recommend you insure the package, as we cannot be responsible for merchandise that is lost in the mail. Sorry, we cannot refund the cost of shipping.
  • These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only. Unwashed & unworn merchandise may be returned to the shipper within 21 days of order. This is due to sanitary reasons and to protect our moms and babies.
  • Garments returned after 21 days are not subject to refund.
